1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the SheetCuts Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
SheetCuts is a Chrome extension that adds Microsoft Office-style Alt-key ribbon shortcuts to Google Sheets and Google Slides. The Extension is provided by SheetCuts ("we", "our", or "us").
3. Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
SheetCuts offers two paid subscription plans:
- Monthly: $6.00 per month, billed monthly
- Annual: $49.00 per year, billed annually
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Extension until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at sheetcuts@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Extension or your account access
- Share account credentials to allow multiple users to benefit from a single subscription
- Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable law
7. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by SheetCuts. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Extension as described herein.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Google Sheets or Google Slides. Google may update its products in ways that temporarily affect Extension functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetCuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
